Johnson & Johnson has filed for bankruptcy for the second time

It will settle thousands of claims that its talc products cause cancer

This new offer is an increase of $6.9 billion from the initial $2 billion settlement

However, attorneys representing the claimants have criticized the proposed bankruptcy
